At My Bae Bear, we take great care in inspecting and packaging every product to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. While we do not offer refunds, we understand that unexpected issues can occur. If you receive a defective or damaged item, our team is here to assist you.
Reporting Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty product, please contact us promptly at hello@mybaebear.com or Whatsapp +65 8854 2682. Provide the following details:
- Your name
- Address
- Order number
- Photo of damaged/ faulty item
If your exchange is approved, please return the item to us as instructed, we will send out a replacement promptly once receive and inspect the item.
Kindly note that clients are responsible for arranging a courier and covering the return shipping costs.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
Items not in their original sale condition or failing to meet these criteria will not be eligible for an exchange. We reserve the right to decline exchanges for items that do not meet our policy requirements.
